- 1 serving of dotFIT Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (we did raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, & strawberries)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other liquid if choice)
- dash of cinnamon (optional)
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. You can add more or less liquid depending on desired consistency.
Extra tip: We added some frozen kale/spinach for added veggies!
